Payments to Venezuela to incarcerate deportees

NPR reported that my tax dollars are being used to pay the Venezuelan government to incarcerate deportees. I strongly oppose this use of my tax dollars. Further, a federal judge has barred the Trump Administration from using the 1798 Alien Enemies Act. Any use of the AEA towards the ends referenced above would then simply be unlawful. Implying that the Judge exceed their authority in doing so is incorrect. Stop funding this and all other similar practices.
