As your constituent, I urge you to vote against House Bill 111. Working families like mine
are struggling to afford rent, put food on the table, and access basic healthcare. This
legislation is a massive handout to the wealthy and powerful, while most Georgians are
left out and left behind.
Costs are still rising and looming tariffs from Washington bureaucrats are threatening to
make them skyrocket even higher. State lawmakers have been responsible with our
taxpayer dollars and this is not the time to drain $500M from our budget as a
government handout to the wealthy. I need relief from Washington inflation - not
politicians and their billionaire backers. My husband and I are both retired and we need help. We elected you because we believe you will put people before politics and policy over
party. Do not let us down by voting in support of HB111.
It doesn’t matter which side of the aisle you sit on or what your political party is, we can
all agree that big corporations and wealthy elites don’t need another handout from the
government - it’s working Georgians and the middle class who need the opportunity to
succeed. Please do what’s right and vote against this fiscally irresponsible bill.
