An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Racism from the Oval Office demands your response

74 so far! Help us get to 100 signers!

On February 6, the President shared a video depicting Barack and Michelle Obama as primates. The White House called it a “meme” and told reporters to “stop the fake outrage.” I won’t. This is the same president who used Nazi-era language about immigrants “poisoning the blood” of our country. Who called African nations “shithole countries” and finally admitted it in December 2025. He behaves like a teenager with a social media addiction, not someone entrusted with the highest office in the land. Our kids see this. They hear it. They learn what adults will tolerate. I’ve written you before about this administration’s racism and I’ll keep writing. Condemn this post publicly, by name.
