Good News, Republicans! Florida Has the Baker Act! Trump is a Florida resident, and Florida has a law allowing involuntary psychiatric evaluations. His increasingly erratic statements, outrageous accusations, and disturbing behavior raise serious questions about his judgment. Republicans, perhaps it is time to stop making excuses and start demanding an independent evaluation of his fitness to serve. If he is incapable of fulfilling his duties, the 25th Amendment exists for a reason. America needs a functioning president, not an endless national psychiatric guessing game.
