Support Congressman Steven Horsford's right to conduct oversight inspections

Recently Congressman Steven Horsford posted videos on his Instagram account showing his attempt to conduct an oversight inspection at a Southern Nevada Detention Facility (in his District) and was denied entry; being called a "security risk" by the warden (as seen on a video posted by Horsford). According to Congressman Steven Horsford, the warden is denying him his authority and right to carry out his oversight inspection duty. Congressman Steven Horsford mentioned in one of his video posts on his Instagram account that the detention center he attempted to inspect is a "privately run prison". With that in mind, legislators need to pass legislation to ban private and for-profit prisons. Please come out in support of his right to access the facility. Thank you.
