The administration’s justifications of national security and unavailable technology are blatant falsehoods. Many of these companies already possess the necessary technology; they simply prefer the profit margins of pollution. By ignoring the checks and balances of the EPA, the White House is prioritizing corporate interests over the lives of millions. I urge you to use every legislative and oversight tool available to halt these unilateral exemptions. Uphold the EPA’s mission to protect public health.
