Address Real Needs!

I am currently gobsmacked over your refusing to sign onto the border deal! Late last year, if you remember correctly, you refused to approve any more aid for Ukraine until there was a border deal. Now there is a border deal written by a Republican, and you are refusing to sign it! I find this egregious and very irresponsible. It is imperative for our national security, that we continue to fund Ukraine. When this war escalates and spills over into NATO countries, then our young people will be going over there to fight. Unless you guys are so reckless and irresponsible that you refuse to follow our NATO treaty much the same as you are currently refusing to follow the agreement we made with Ukraine that we would have their back after they gave up their nuclear armament. Your moves are discrediting our reputation around the world! Very sad that you would play political football with two dire policy positions. It is amazing how you have continuously used the border issue as your personal political stunt to go to the border for photo ops! Sad! And now there is a big GOP demonstration at the border. Do those people realize that it is their GOP reps refusing to sign onto a very appropriate bill!? Ludicrous! This whole situation makes one wonder which side are you on? Are you Putin‘s asset? Or are you a patriotic American!? This is a no-brainer about funding Ukraine. When 5% of our military budget is what we invested over there and it’s wrecked 50% of the Russian army/supplies . Also, Fred Kagan with the ISW reports when we say we’re giving $4B to Ukraine, we are not giving money. We are giving things out of our storehouse. And Adam Kinzinger reports that those supplies have an expiration date and if we don’t use them we’re going to have to destroy them anyway. And then when we re-supply our armament, it adds to the economy and creates American jobs. So just makes me wonder whose side are you on? And as far as the border goes, do you want fentanyl to keep just crossing the border readily?! Are you seriously a Texan? Or just an opportunist exploiting Texans? Y’all need to quit playing politics over dire policy issues and creating crises and get to work. You need to work on policies that will assist Texas!
