URGENT: EO13848, AMERICA, & TRUMP

Happy Holidays! I hope you’re doing well. I write as a concerned citizen, invested in the integrity of the 2024 presidential election.  Reports of foreign and domestic interference, potential conflicts of interest, and mail-in ballot rejections raise questions about the legitimacy of the election results. The Key Concerns: 1. Foreign interference: Russian disinformation campaigns targeted especially vulnerable voters who rely on social media for information. 2. Domestic interference: Elon Musk issued some $1 million checks for citizens signing a petition to vote for Trump.  3. Conflicts of interest: Starlink helped count votes in multiple states, despite no direct evidence of fraud. 4. Mail-in ballot rejections: Increased rejections cast doubt on election fairness. Given these issues, I respectfully urge you to take the following immediate actions to the fullest extent possible, given the recent ruling on presidential immunity from the United States Supreme Court, which grants some presidential protections for actions aligned with your official Constitutional duty to defend this country and its Constitution: 1. Release the DNI report: Expedite public release of the December 20, 2024, report on election integrity and foreign interference, per Executive Order 13848. 2. Delay certification and inauguration: While unprecedented, I feel it is warranted to potentially delay the certification of the election results and inauguration of Donald J. Trump until a thorough investigation is completed. 3. Conduct a comprehensive investigation: Ensure a timely investigation into foreign interference, cybersecurity vulnerabilities, and irregularities, including private entities' involvement in the election process. 4. Consider Trump’s disqualification under the 14th Amendment, Section 3: This section of the 14th Amendment bars those who engage in, aid, or comfort those involved in insurrection or rebellion from holding public office. We can call to mind Trump's role in the January 6th Capitol riot and the subsequent efforts to subvert the electoral process. 5. Consider Trump’s threats to the Constitution: In 2022, Trump called for the “termination” of parts of the Constitution in relation to the 2020 election; this undermines the foundation of American democracy and shows blatant disregard for the rule of law. While the results were certified on December 17, experts and officials have raised legitimate concerns that necessitate further scrutiny and immediate action. I urge you to act swiftly to restore public trust in the election process, including forensic audits as needed. Moreover, Donald Trump allowed Musk to meddle in our elections. People will lose their rights and even die if immediate action is not taken. We need this country to thrive! Think of your legacy and your sworn duty to protect the Constitution.
