NO on Justin Smith. NO more new judges for scofflaw rapist felon POTUS

Please: Vote no on judicial nominee Justin Smith. His refusal to answer a question about the 2020 election is disqualifying. Please: no more judges for Trump. A senate that honors the constitution should be confirming ZERO judicial nominees for a president who is defying court orders every day and overseeing the destruction of constitutional order. Swalwell and Gonzales are out of Congress for sexual misconduct. Trump is felon who committed rape and stole top secret documents. Why doesn't the same principle apply to him?
