Stand with Tipped Workers — Reject H.R. 2312

1 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

I’m urging you to oppose H.R. 2312, the so-called “Tipped Employee Protection Act.” It doesn’t protect workers — it allows employers to pay lower base wages by redefining who counts as a tipped employee. This means more economic instability for servers, baristas, and others who rely on tips to survive. The bill reflects the Project 2025 agenda — weakening labor protections, shifting power to employers, and reducing oversight. Calling this “flexibility” is misleading. It’s a rollback of basic wage standards that working Americans depend on. Please vote NO on H.R. 2312.
