MAGA Extremism Is Not Leadership. Defend the Constitution

Instead, they empowered a leader who dismantled democracy, vilified dissent, and unleashed chaos. Today, Donald Trump is following a disturbingly similar path. Those enabling him, including influential figures like Elon Musk, are playing a perilous game that threatens all Americans. Trump has openly praised dictators, refused to accept the results of free elections, and weaponized the Justice Department to target political opponents. His attacks on immigrants, LGBTQ+ individuals, journalists, and judges are not isolated incidents; they are part of a larger effort to consolidate power and crush opposition. When Elon Musk supports this agenda and gains a position of influence within the government, we should all be concerned. This issue transcends politics; it is about whether America can remain a democracy. Elected officials must not appease MAGA extremists while neglecting the majority of Americans who believe in liberty, equality, and constitutional governance. You were elected to represent all of us, not just the loudest or most powerful. Remaining silent while democratic norms are undermined makes you complicit. We need you to draw a line, speak out, and take action.
