Abortion Rights!!Codify Rowe v Wade Protections Into US Constitution!!

12 so far! Help us get to 25 signers!

The urgency to codify the right to safe and legal abortion into the U.S. Constitution cannot be overstated. The dismantling of Roe v. Wade has led to a precarious situation where many states have imposed near-total or complete bans on abortion. These bans are draconian, lacking exemptions even in cases of rape, incest, or when the life of the fetus or mother is at risk. The absence of federal protection for abortion rights has created a patchwork of state laws that deny women their autonomy and endanger their health. It is a grave injustice that must be rectified. We must restore the protections once afforded under Roe v. Wade and ensure that access to abortion is an unalienable right for all women, as it was for over 50 years. This is not merely a political issue; it is a fundamental human rights concern. The codification of abortion rights is essential to safeguard the dignity, freedom, and well-being of millions of women across our nation. I implore you to act with compassion and foresight to protect these rights for current and future generations!
