Why are you supporting the eradication of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs across Texas? DEI only existed because of racism - had hiring always been based on merit, instead of generations of the hiring of unqualified friends, the DEI programs would not have been necessary. DEI itself is not racism - it was a potential solution to historical racism. There's a big difference. Why are you supporting this? Who do you not want included?
