Please President Biden sign an executive order giving the EPA the ability to impose a user fee on the release of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases. These companies need to be charged for using the earth’s atmosphere as their open sewer! You can do this under the Independent Offices Appropriations Act of 1952. What happened in Glasgow is not enough to avert major disaster. I live in Southeast Texas we have been ravaged by several hurricanes and then we had the significant freeze last year. Some estimations think 700 people died during snowmagedon. We know firsthand what climate change looks like. Please Mr. President help us! It is dire!
