Congress must seriously consider if Biden can beat Trump

Congressional Democrats must contend with mounting public concerns over President Biden's age and cognitive abilities. The President's recent television interview with George Stephanopoulos raised more questions than it answered about his capacity to wage an effective campaign against Donald Trump. While Biden has accomplished much as President, his struggles to clearly articulate his vision for another term were worrying to many.
