ICE needs judicial warrants, not administrative

The Democrats insistence on judicial warrants for ICE to enter private property is not political, it is constitutional. The 4th Amendment of the constitution guarantees that authorities must secure judicial warrants for searches, not just administrative warrants issued by DHS or ICE. It assures there is impartial justification for the search, not just ICE’s say so. The administrative warrants are a violation of the constitution. There would be considerably fewer unnecessary intrusions into the homes of US citizens if ICE is required to prove that there is probable cause for the search.
