Only Support A Budget That Supports All Americans Not Gives To The Rich

Senator,
I am writing to express my strong opposition to any budget reconciliation bill that further redistributes wealth upward, particularly at a time when the majority of Americans are struggling to make ends meet.
Right now, working families across Wisconsin and the nation are facing rising costs, stagnant wages, unaffordable healthcare, and housing insecurity. Passing a budget that prioritizes tax breaks and benefits for the wealthiest individuals and corporations is not only out of touch—it is morally unacceptable.
We need a budget that reflects the real needs of everyday people. That means investing in healthcare, education, food assistance, infrastructure, and social programs that directly support working- and middle-class Americans. Economic policies should lift people out of poverty—not deepen the divide between the wealthy and the rest of us.
I urge you to reject any reconciliation package that exacerbates inequality or ignores the urgent needs of your rural and working-class constituents.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope you will choose to stand with the people of Wisconsin.
