Impersonating the CDC Is a Crime—Investigate Now

I’m writing to REQUEST A FORMAL INVESTIGATION into reports that Children’s Health Defense, the nonprofit led by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., hosted a deceptive website that closely IMITATED THE CDC’S OFFICIAL PAGE. The site allegedly used the CDC’s branding and layout to promote anti-vaccine content, creating the FALSE IMPRESSION of government endorsement. If true, this could represent a SERIOUS VIOLATION of federal law—including 18 U.S.C. § 912 and § 1030—which prohibit impersonating a federal agency or officer and misusing digital infrastructure for fraudulent purposes. I urge Congress to: 1. Determine WHO AUTHORIZED the creation and design of this impersonating site. 2. Investigate whether Mr. Kennedy personally approved or directed this effort. 3. Assess whether there was INTENT TO DECEIVE the public by disguising misinformation under federal appearance. If this was done knowingly to SPREAD FALSEHOODS about vaccine safety under the mask of a government entity, there should be FULL ACCOUNTABILITY and, if warranted, CRIMINAL CHARGES FILED. The integrity of public health information—especially when falsely stamped with government credibility—must be PROTECTED AT ALL COSTS.
