Why do Senators not respond to fellow Texans?

Why do you never answer your constituents, Senator? Do you think we don't care about our country? Do you only respond to people who agree with you? You claim to represent all Texans, yet you NEVER respond. You send form letters. No one can ever reach a live person on the phone. And you are too cowardly to do Town Halls. So who, exactly, do you represent and how do you hear from them? Inquiring minds want to know.
