Stop attacks on Venezuelan boats!

I’m writing because the Trump administration has announced another strike in international waters on what they claim was a drug cartel boat from Venezuela. The President and Secretary Rubio have not released any evidence to support their claims that they were smuggling drugs and were an imminent threat that required deadly force to stop. These strikes are horrifying and appear to violate the US prohibition on assassinations, as well as other US laws. This is extrajudicial murder and possibly a war crime. The US would be denouncing this and applying sanctions to any other country taking these actions. What is Congress doing to find out more about why these people were killed. What are you going to do stop it? Thanks
