Oppose the Gender Delusion Disqualification Act and Any NDAA Rider

Vote against the Gender Delusion Disqualification Act and block any attempt to attach it as a rider to the 2027 NDAA. Rep. Mace used this exact tactic to embed a ban on trans youth military healthcare into the 2025 NDAA — the first federal anti-queer legislation enacted this century. She has already secured two anti-trans amendments in the 2027 NDAA negotiations. This bill would be a third. The Gender Delusion Disqualification Act would bar anyone diagnosed with "gender dysphoria" from any federal position requiring a security clearance or mental health evaluation. That means trans military contractors, intelligence officials, and federal law enforcement — fired, with no path back. Other mental health conditions allow for treatment and reinstatement. This bill offers trans people nothing equivalent. No limiting clauses, no rehabilitation option. It is a permanent ban dressed up as a medical standard, and its own title makes no effort to hide that. The 2027 NDAA negotiations are happening now. This is the moment to draw a line. Do not let this bill hitch a ride on must-pass legislation the way its predecessor did.
