You lied to us. And the truth is- we won’t tolerate it anymore. Shame on you!

We did the work. We got you into office. We believed what you told us- that you were one of us with the same concerns as the rest of us. And then you unleashed the state thugs on us. Rubber bullets. Tear gas. Punches. Kicks. And you doubled down with a social media posts this morning talking about the necessity of those thugs- knowing FULL WELL that they treated us worse than the ICE thugs- and how successful your actions were. And how we can protest in the “safe zones” where we will be neither seen, heard, or publicized by the media. You’re not protecting us. You’re not protecting the detainees. You’re protecting your image. You lied to us. You’re not like us. You’re definitely not one of us. You’re just another politician willing to step on the little people on your way up the professional ladder. And that hurts most of all. Knowing your bottom line has nothing to do with any of us. We want you recalled. We want you to step aside. We want your resignation- and the torch passed to someone like Congressman Kim- a man willing to get into the trenches with us to make this state what it’s supposed to be- a free state.
