Trump’s freeze of federal funds violates the Constitution

Last night, President Trump gave orders that violate the US Constitution. As you know better than anyone, Congress has the power of the purse. Trump's illegal order trying to seize that power by freezing federal funding is an attempt to consolidate all power in the presidency and sideline Congress's powers. It will produce chaos and devastation across the nation and the world.
