Protect Medicaid Funding for Contraceptive Care

Restore Medicaid reimbursement payments for contraceptive care and protect funding for providers like Planned Parenthood. In too many counties, a single publicly funded clinic is the only place women can access affordable birth control. When that funding disappears, so does the clinic, and there is nothing left to replace it. Medicaid is not a luxury for the people who depend on it. It is the only pathway to contraceptive care for millions of women in rural and underserved communities. Cutting reimbursements does not make that need go away. It just makes it impossible to meet.
