Condemn the firing of the IGs: it was illegal & unconstitutional. Obey your oath

I am alarmed and outraged by Trump's firing of the inspector generals. A Friday night massacre.
As you are surely aware, the IGs whom Trump just fired were bipartisan appointees, some indeed appointed in Trump's first term.
A law passed by congress in 2022 set out legally required procedures for dismissing or transferring IGs, including written statements setting out good cause to be submitted to Congress 30 days in advance.
No such statements were submitted. Even if the "changing priorities" Trump mentioned counted as good cause, Trump still broke that law with his mass firing ordered without the required 30 days notice to Congress.
As you are surely aware, the US Constitution (which you swore to support and defend against all enemies foreign and domestic) requires the President to ensure that the laws are faithfully executed.
By not following the law requiring him to give 30 days notice and specific reasons in writing for firing the IGs, Mr Trump has broken both the law and his constitutional duty to see that the laws are faithfully executed.
Do the laws you pass stand or are you willing to have them scoffed at and contravened by a president acting as a tyrant?
Do you want the US to become a rogue state with no internal mechanisms against government corruption?
Please reply to let me know how you will uphold your own oath to the constitution and protect the rule of law.
Please reply to let me know whether you regard integrity and preventing corruption as important?
A president not subject to the rule of law is a tyrant.
A Congress that allows a president to flout its laws and undermine the constitution is colluding with the tyrant, allowing our democracy to devolve into tyranny on its watch.
I ask you to take the strongest possible stand against the lawlessness of this Friday night massacre.
In my view, a president who breaks the law should face the consequences: impeachment. And at the very least, elected members of Congress should speak against this lawless action.
It should not be controversial to ask elected members of Congress to uphold their own oaths to the constitution.
Please reply to assure me that you will honor your oath.
Let me add that Trump has already given aid and succour to those armed domestic terrorist who tried to overturn the constitution by force on January 6th.
If you have not spoken out to condemn those pardons please do so now.
The rule of law and constitutional order are under attack by the President. You must respond to the gravity of this attack and take correspondingly serious action. Start by speaking out to condemn the firing. Condemn the pardons if you have not already done so. Understand that these two actions both bespeak utmost contempt for the rule of law and constitution.
I will be watching your response and votes.
