Protect the Constitutionally Defined Three Federal Branches

I am writing to you today as a constituent who you have sworn to represent. I am concerned about the numerous government programs being dismantled without due process and by cancelled already appropriated funds. Congress must decide how to spend the federal budget, the executive branch does not have the power to freeze or cancel these funds, per Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution. Per that same framing document, the President swears that they will uphold the Constitution when they are sworn in, as outlined in Article II, Section 1, Clause 8. How are you, as a member of Congress, ensuring the constitutional rights of the legislature are followed and protected? How are you, as a representative of America, ensuring the President is upholding the constitution? Are you following your oath to the American people? Or are you following the path towards an oligarchical government, where corporations have more rights than citizens? I hope to see you ensuring the rule of law is upheld, federal funds are released, and congressionally defined departments are not dismantled without due cause and proper procedure. Do your part,
