Continue Student Loan Repayment Freeze and Cancel Student Debt

89% of fully-employed borrowers are not financially secure enough to restart payments in February 2022. The repayment freeze has been a critical piece of our financial recovery, and restarting payments will financially limit a large portion of the country. Continuing the repayment freeze is the right thing to do for borrowers and will help continue to stimulate the economy. In addition, you campaigned on immediately eliminating $10K in student loan debt as part of COVID relief and economic recovery. You have yet to do so. Please make good on your campaign promises and do the right thing by continuing the repayment freeze and enacting broad-based student loan forgiveness.
