Who runs Texas? You do. You slashed preparedness. You backed Trump’s NOAA purge. You let MAGA politics drown people. Trump also said, “It’s not the weather, it’s the management.” So we agree. This failure is yours. How many more have to die before you fix it? Their blood is on your hands.
