Reginald and Jonathan Carr, Scott Cheever and Justin Thurber are all convicted of heinous murders and DO NOT deserve clemency. They were all duly tried and convicted by the people of Kansas. If there were any mitigating circumstances, they would have been sentenced to life instead of death. Please do not make one of your final acts in office the granting of clemency for their atrocious crimes against your citizens.
