The Senate confirmed Todd Blanche 50-49, and Epstein survivors are still waiting for justice. That ends now. Hold hearings, open investigations into DOJ's handling of the Epstein files, and pursue legal action against the department for its failure to comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Act. This is not a partisan ask — it is a basic demand for accountability.
DOJ publicly released the names of survivors who requested anonymity while redacting the names of Epstein's associates. Then the document releases stopped entirely. Blanche met with Ghislaine Maxwell for four hours but initially refused to meet with survivors at all. When he finally did, survivor Liz Stein described his energy as "very dark" — a man checking a box, not seeking truth. His own confirmation hearing produced zero credible answers about the redaction process or why DOJ has identified no new investigative leads.
These women have walked the halls of Congress, dropped off files marked with investigative leads, and testified before the Judiciary Committee. They have done everything right. Now it is time for you to do the same. Use every tool available — subpoenas, oversight hearings, litigation — to force transparency and hold the DOJ accountable.
