HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO AMERICA’S ARMY

Actions speak louder than parades. But it seems the only avenue left to the Trump administration to try and project a facade of strength in the world, because their actions thus far project anything but. China. Ukraine. Russia. Iran. Gaza. Where’s the progress on any front? China is growing their capabilities faster than we are. Why? Because we continue to shoot ourselves in the foot in the name of protectionism. Ukraine is valiantly fighting our historical enemy, with us dragging our feet as they do so. We say we want victory for them. But the Trump administration is making it apparent they are just waiting for a victor to emerge. And they don’t particularly care who it is. As long as it’s Russia. Russia is toying with us. And all the weak WH bleating via social media won’t change that. They really do play 4-D chess while we play whack a-mole. Iran. How is it possible to think that we are negotiating in good faith to resolve the nuclear armament issue with Iran while at the same time providing the means for Israel to attack them? This is an obvious proxy war in the making. And Gaza. Turns out it’s hard to solve the Middle East conflict. Especially when we have a president who doesn’t understand history and only sees real estate potential. So we’re just waiting to if Israel can scrub the Arabian Riviera clean of residents so the real work can begin. But at least our military is being put to good use against our own citizens. Because culture wars are definitely something this president knows how to wage. No diplomacy required. Sadly America’s current world diplomacy is anything but. But today at least the prez can have a great birthday party and call it victory. Just don’t think the world is going to consider it a show of strength. Our Army deserves so much better than this.
