Expand the Supreme Court

A cherry-picked Texas federal judge just banned a drug used in medication abortions. This is yet another wrongly decided case from a far right-wing judge who is out of touch with the American people. Another federal judge has issued a contradictory opinion, sending the case on a fast track to the Supreme Court, which is apologetically partisan and continues to make up new reasons to legislate its political agenda from the bench with each decision. We must expand the court and bring back some balance to fix this. I expect you will immediately support or introduce legislation to expand the Supreme Court to 13 justices. There is nothing in the Constitution that sets the size of the court. The number of justices has changed several times during our history. Our current unrepentant partisan court must be fixed immediately.
