Trump's Administration Is Lawless - Impeach and Remove Them

I want you to know that the Trump administration is lawless. They violate court orders and standing federal law with impunity and this has to stop. Trump and Russell Vought at OMB have violated the 1974 Impoundment Control Act by refusing to spend Money as directed by the Congress. You know they did not spend USAID money, they cancelled medical research ordered by Congress, they have nearly shuttered entire departments, including Education, that were directed by Congress. And now the Government Accountability Office released this quote. “We conclude that HHS withheld funds when it declined to obligate or expend more than $78 million of its FY 2025 appropriation before the close of the fiscal year,” the GAO found. “We further conclude that this withholding constituted an impoundment under the ICA rather than a programmatic delay. Because HHS did not submit a special message proposing to rescind AHRQ (Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality) funds, HHS’s actions violated the ICA.” Here is how Plato put it 2400 years ago: “Where the law is subject to some other authority and has none of its own, the collapse of the state, in my view, is not far off; but if law is the master of the government and the government is its slave, then the situation is full of promise and men enjoy all the blessings that the gods shower on a state. “ Restore our democracy.
