I can’t believe you still want to wait for the court expansion advisory committee to finish its work before you make a decision on expanding SCOTUS. It’s not like this is a complicated issue. The conservative Justices are thumbing their noses at you with outrageous decisions made on the shadow docket. Why do you need a committee? You should be pushing for court expansion now.
