Failing to pass the women's health Act is a Betrayal.

You have betrayed Arizona and American women once again. Because you refuse to overcome the filibuster it doesn't matter if you make a symbolic vote for women's health when you know it will fail! You hope that we won't notice that you have failed Arizona once again because of the excitement in the Ukraine. I tell you this: I consider you a traitor.
