Co-sponsor Rep Moulton’s bill to reallocate ICE funding to ACA subsidies.

I understand that Representative Seth Moulton just introduced a bill that would reallocate funding for ICE to fund ACA premium tax credits instead. For someone who is constantly touting his desire to cut waste, fraud, and abuse, this should be a no-brainer. ICE doesn’t need to be funded at a level exceeding most other countries’ militaries. Your constituents DO need healthcare. Please co-sponsor this legislation. Thanks.
