While I do understand that you have no control over the President, he is still a leader of your party. All the recent edicts being anti-DEI and referring to humans with the slur “DEI hire” are vulgar. They are beneath the office. I expect you to use your influence as a leader to take steps to mitigate the harm being done to people. This is 2025. The use of DEI as the N-word substitute is unacceptable. Take steps to roll this back to the fifties.
