Stop Dangerous Crypto Deregulation: Say NO to the CLARITY Act (H.R. 3633)

The Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025 (H.R. 3633), or the CLARITY Act, is very concerning with regards to consumer protections and national security. I am writing to ask that you oppose it. Ostensibly designed to establish a regulatory framework for digital commodities including cryptocurrencies, the CLARITY Act is instead a dangerous crypto deregulation bill that does the opposite of protecting consumers. Instead, it opens the floodgates for risky, unregulated crypto practices, enriching Wall Street and crypto billionaires while leaving everyday people vulnerable to financial instability. The CLARITY Act: • Lets government officials promote crypto ventures without oversight • Strips away decades of hard-fought investor protections • Gives a green light to speculative, high-risk markets Crypto superPACs have already spent over $265 million to buy influence in Washington. That money is now hard at work trying to rush these bills through the House before the public realizes what’s happening. The longer these bills are in the spotlight, the more people see them for what they are: a shameless power grab by the rich and connected.
