You defended Trump! Did you do any real investigation? I hope you both watched last night. Guilty as sin! And the Select Committee just got started. At best he is guilty of criminal negligence in failing to carry out his duties while you were under threat, while the Capitol was desecrated, while Capitol police fought for their lives and yours, while Congress was impeded. At worst he is guilty of instigating and planning the overthrow of the US government by force, and aiding and abetting those who carried out his plan. In either case, the GOP needs to disavow him and force him out of the party and make clear to the American people that the party will not tolerate seditious behavior in any official, executive or legislative. If that means certain members of Congress, so be it. They and Trump should be barred from holding and position of trust ever again.
