Hi. I'm a constituent contacting you because I’m very concerned that the “Fiscal Responsibility Act” exempts the Mountain Valley Pipeline from the law and judicial due process. Gutting core environmental protections, sacrificing impacted communities and forcing completion of the MVP must be rejected. Please get these provisions stripped out of the bill. Thanks.
