Investigate Trump Admin & Palantir’s Role in ICE Domestic Spying Partnership

The Trump administration’s expanding partnership with Palantir Technologies is a direct threat to our Constitution and civil liberties. Palantir’s $30 million contract with ICE, which enables near real-time tracking of migrants, is just one example of how this administration is weaponizing surveillance tools originally built for military use (NPR, May 2025). Thirteen former Palantir employees have spoken out, warning that their tools are now being used to erode democracy and violate the company’s founding principles. Palantir CEO Alex Karp has publicly stated that their software helps “kill enemies,” a chilling claim when that same software is being turned on civilians inside the U.S. (NPR, May 2025). These tools are not meant for domestic surveillance and certainly not for targeting vulnerable communities under the guise of law enforcement. I urge you to launch a full investigation into these contracts and the Trump administration’s use of private tech to sidestep constitutional protections. Congress must draw the line. If you don’t, there may be no line left to defend.
