ShutItDown! Don’t pass a BAD budget!

Shut it down! Dear Sen Kaine and Sen Warner: If you get a budget from the House, don’t pass it UNLESS it protects Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, CHIPS, and our most vulnerable citizens. And, saving and helping Ukraine is essential to world peace. This is now a government with questionable motives, acting unconstitutionally at worse, and at best, not in the interests or in concert with the general public interests or preferences. You, as Senators, have the power to withhold your vote. Please do so if your conscience directs you to try to save our democracy and nation from irreparable ruin. We cannot wait until the next election cycle. Our nation is in peril. Thank you for being conscientious Senators and Democrats!
