Clarence Thomas must recuse himself from any votes related to Trump and his appearance on a presidential ballot. Ginni Thomas’ role in January 6th and advocating efforts to overturn the election results of 2020, including messaging Arizona state lawmakers and messaging Mark Meadows, has been thoroughly documented. Ruling on any related decision is unseemly at best and a conflict of interest at worst.
