Demand 2024 Election Review & 14th Amendment Action to Remove President Trump

I urge a full, transparent, and impartial review of the 2024 presidential election alongside a reexamination of the 2020 election—holding accountable those who have subverted our constitutional process. Documented evidence of the January 6, 2021 insurrection—including the incitement of violence by extremist groups such as the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers and the assault on the Capitol—demonstrates a direct attack on our democracy. These events, from chaotic breaches of security to the unlawful entry into our Capitol, were not isolated incidents but part of a systematic effort to overturn a free and fair election. As of 2025, President Donald J. Trump has again assumed the presidency under circumstances that cast serious doubt on our electoral process’s integrity. There are strong indications that encrypted communications, coordinated social media efforts, and alleged interference by oligarchs (via entities such as Elon Musk’s Starlink) marred the 2024 election through fraudulent practices and stolen ballots. Although these claims await formal verification, efforts to expunge or obscure this evidence from the historical record are already underway. Under Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment, anyone who has taken an oath to support the Constitution and then engages in insurrection or aids its enemies may be disqualified from holding office. The evidence from January 6, 2021, clearly shows that President Trump played a central role in inciting an insurrection that threatened our constitutional order. Combined with troubling reports about the 2024 election and subsequent electoral manipulation, it is imperative that Congress act to protect our nation’s future. I respectfully demand that Congress: 1. Conduct a comprehensive review of both the 2020 and 2024 elections, ensuring that all evidence—even that which has been concealed or destroyed—is fully examined. 2. Uphold and support the right to peaceful protest as protected under the First Amendment. 3. Invoke Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment to disqualify from office any individual, including President Trump, who has engaged in insurrection or aided those undermining our electoral process. 4. Take immediate legislative action to restore the integrity of our electoral system and safeguard our democratic institutions against future subversion.
