Launch a formal investigation into Elon Musk's conduct surrounding the 2024 presidential election. Before results came in, Musk told associates he had an extraordinary "degree of certainty" about the outcome and that he was going to unleash an "anomaly in the matrix." That is not the language of a confident donor. That demands scrutiny. Musk poured over $290 million into Donald Trump's campaign, ran voter outreach operations in swing states, and through DOGE gained access to the personal data of tens of millions of Americans. He also controls X, one of the most powerful information platforms on earth. The combination of private data, satellite infrastructure, and unlimited campaign spending in the hands of one unelected person is a direct threat to free and fair elections. Congress needs to find out exactly what Musk knew, when he knew it, and what role his technology played. The American public deserves answers before the next election cycle.
