Vote NO on tax cuts for the rich - save Medicare and Medicaid

I am writing as a constituent to demand that you oppose the House Budget Committee’s budget resolution for the 2025 fiscal year. The current iteration of the budget deepens an already massive deficit and mandates funding cuts to essential programs like Medicare and Medicaid (which millions of lives depend on) and many more to finance the wealthy elite. This proposed budget directly endangers the health and wellbeing of millions of Americans as well as the fiscal health of our entire nation. The American people should not be paying for tax cuts for the wealthy. For the wealthy elite, there is no significant change to their quality of life nor their ability to afford fair and reasonable taxes they owe. The same cannot be said for the American people who would be robbed of resources and their hard earned dollars to pay for this.
