Thank You & Keep Going Firstly, I thank you for all you are doing to counter the catastrophe that is the Trump administration. I'm writing to you today to express my deep concern about President Trump’s and Elon Musk's interference and otherwise destructive actions against federal employees via the OPM, and against the federal government as a whole. Federal employees have served and still serve the American people in countless vital ways, directly and indirectly. They deserve more from us than this kind of harassment and uncertainty. I have read that the OPM also manages the pensions of former members of Congress. Yet this is scarcely being mentioned in the national press. Where is the justifiable outrage? You must protect federal workers and make people aware of this destructive behavior! I'm asking you to block and frustrate the Trump administration in any possible way, and to urge your fellow congress people to do the same, until they put aside their agenda of attacking the federal government and start working for the betterment of the American people!. Reacting piecemeal to the current cascade of illegal actions really seems ineffective and, frankly, exhausting to me.
