Reclaim Congress's tariff power; remove Luttnick for lies & grifting

Congress was wrong to cede its constitutionally enshrined power over tariffs to the fake emergency claims of Trump. Now Scotus has ruled. But Trump has reimposed tariffs --of 10, then 15 % -/illegally. These tariffs will expire after 150 days. We have seen how damaging capricious retaliatory tariffs are to American businesses, American families, trade, our allies, our international standing. I write to demand that you squash these new capricious and likely illegal tarriffs. Listen to Neal Katyal who argued successfully about Trump tariffs at scotus: "Seems hard for the President to rely on the 15 percent statute (sec 122) when his DOJ in our case told the Court the opposite: "Nor does [122] have any obvious application here, where the concerns the President identified in declaring an emergency arise from trade deficits, which are conceptually distinct from balance-of-payments deficits." Katyal summarises: "If he wants sweeping tariffs, he should do the American thing and go to Congress. If his tariffs are such a good idea, he should have no problem persuading Congress. " "Trump claims section 122 gives him the power to enact this • 15% global tariff. But • Neal katyal says the Court already addressed this - and Trump does not have this power." I ask also that you do oversight on Luttnick and impeach and remove him: As we all has learned, Luttnick lied in his confirmation hearing about his connections to Epstein. Lying to Congress must have consequences. Now we learn that Luttnick was betting on the Trump tariffs being declared illegal: "Howard Lutnick's family firm bought up the rights to tariff refunds for 20-30 cents on the dollar after Liberation Day last year. Today, the Supreme Court struck the tariffs down. For every $100 invested, Lutnick's sons just made 3-5x." This is improper. Luttnick also appears implicated in other impropriety: "Luttnick promised the Maroun family, (big Trump donors,) that the new Gordie Howe bridge funded by Canada under a 2012 agreement, would not be opened as it would affect toll revenue on the Ambassador bridge." Do you regard this as proper? Please: do your job. Investigate, impeach and remove Luttnick. Reclaim the power over tariffs assigned to Congress by the constitution.
