Diplomacy AND defense.

Rep Neguse, I appreciate everything you do for the people in our district. I understand the need to stand with the Ukrainian people against Putin's unprovoked aggression, but I feel you are not advocating and promoting diplomacy and negotiations. The entire world is under the impending threat of nuclear annihilation as long as the war continues and Putin continues to lose ground and face conventional defeat. As a desperate fanatic, he is soon approaching the point where the nuclear card is the only one left to play.
