I support railroad workers in gaining family and medical leave

I support a wage increase and time off for medical and family leave for everyone. I oppose the new points-based attendance policies for railroad workers. Please support the workers. While a strike would be difficult, it's better to have a way for employees to remind companies how essential workers are to the process of carrying on business. Companies seem to have lost track of the value of employees, customers, and other human beings. Even if it would mean a strike, I support railroad and other workers. I support unions. Please support family and medical leave, and more realistic wages (i.e., wages that keep up with the cost of living and the increasing value of the economy, and allow workers to afford housing, medical care, and other necessities as well as having enough for self care and general happiness: it's the pursuit of happiness that's a basic American value, not meant to be the pursuit of stock valuation).
